Oh in the Sun, Sun Having Fun

I love that Karl Lagerfeld and Silvia Venturini Fendi actually made a spring collection for Fendi. One of the things I've noticed over fashion month is that a lot of designers are making collections that are almost entirely comprised of seasonless pieces, and I don't really get the point in that. The Fendi collection, on the other hand, had enough flouncy dresses, vibrant colours, and drawstring tunics to fully satiate my spring fashion longing. Every piece is beautiful and obviously intended for spring-summer dressing, right down to the amazing Day-Glo lipsticks used throughout the show (created by Peter Phillips, the man behind Chanel Rouge Coco).
